Site Map + Photos document will be administratively updated to include additional
information on the potential for refrigerated storage of study agent.
o In response to a question from the Committee, the Site stated that the BSCs were
retested and certified last week and that new reports are available. The Site stated they
will provide a copy of these reports to Sabai. The Committee confirmed that a one-year
certification cycle is sufficient for the IBC's purposes.
o In response to a question from the Committee, the Site stated that they will also provide
an updated IATA training certificate to Sabai as the one reviewed during today's meeting
expires later this month.
Motion: A motion of Full Approval for the study at BSL-2 was passed by unanimous vote. There
were 0 votes against and 0 abstentions.
